Who is assemblean?
assemblean turns ideas, drawings, and files into real manufactured parts. We cover component production, assemblies, and complete products - from the first request to the shipped result.
We combine our own production with a partner network and software-enabled workflows to make each step in the supply chain more transparent, faster, and more dependable.
We want manufacturing to feel as easy as online shopping. If that ambition resonates with you, you will probably fit in well here.

Culture
At assemblean you do not work inside a black box. You are close to the line between idea, technology, and real production and can see how your work shows up in the final result.
Trying things, learning from mistakes, and improving is part of the culture. Curiosity matters more than pretending to be perfect.
We are a small team, speak openly, and take ideas seriously. Good input can come from engineering, production, or operations.
assemblean is growing technically and organizationally. If you want to take ownership, there is room to shape projects and processes.
Careers
Our work touches a big part of the value chain. These are the areas where you can join us.

Review technical requests, understand drawings and BOMs, improve manufacturability, and hand projects over to production cleanly.

Set up machines and workstations, manufacture and assemble parts, check quality, and see directly how your work shows up in the final product.

Coordinate materials, capacity, and timelines across our own site and the partner network while keeping delivery reliability in view.

Benefits
We want work at assemblean to feel sustainable in the long run - professionally and personally. Challenging projects and real manufacturing need a setup that supports people properly.

Everyone on the team receives supplementary health coverage, including travel, dental, and extended care support.

Our home base is the production site in Sennelager. Depending on the role, partial home office is possible and can expand when needed.

You get the hardware you need for your role, including a setup that lets you work productively from home.

Open application
Sometimes no role is a perfect match, but your gut still says the topics, the people, and the manufacturing world fit. In that case, we still want to hear from you.
Send us a short note about what you bring, what kind of work gives you energy, and where you see yourself in the value chain - engineering, production, supply chain, or commercial roles.
We schedule a short phone call or video call. We explain who we are and how we work, and you share what motivates you and what you are looking for.
If it feels promising on both sides, we invite you on site. You meet the team, see the environment, and get a real feel for the work.
We usually get back to you within a few days after the on-site conversation.
Digital tools and physical manufacturing belong together here. You do not just see results in dashboards, but in real parts leaving production.
Talk to customers, understand technical and logistical needs, and support projects from the first request to a long-term relationship.

Make assemblean visible externally through content, the website, social, case studies, and real manufacturing stories.
Shared lunches, team events, and small breaks are part of how we keep collaboration human and sustainable.

Our location includes table tennis, foosball, and darts for quick resets and better day-to-day energy.

German is the main language day to day, but English is a real advantage in SCM, business development, and parts of engineering.
