If additional parts are required for the product to be created, we will be happy to procure them at no extra cost. This makes it easy to take over pre-selected components. We ensure that these are available at the right time and in the right place for assembly, so that there are no delays in the process. For this purpose, we already work together with partners from whom we receive the availabilities directly. At the same time, we compare prices and availability with other suppliers. In procurement, we proceed as follows: First, we identify and prioritise the components to be procured and check their availability. Then we select the most favourable supplier among the suitable suppliers who can reliably procure the component for us. You will receive all information on this in the platform. If it is not possible to procure the part at all, we will be happy to find an equivalent spare part. Depending on the volume and purchase price, we then negotiate with the supplier. As soon as production is to start, we coordinate the order and continuously monitor the delivery. Finally, we check the quality and functionality before installation.
